We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and advertising interaction data through Google Ads.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and share project information you request.
To schedule and hold calls you book with our team.
To measure how our website and advertising perform.

We contact you about SENJA only. We do not sell your data.

Where it is processed

Enquiry data is stored in our customer relationship system (LeadConnector / HighLevel) and communication tools (WhatsApp Business, email). Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers may process data outside your country of residence.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry data while your enquiry or client relationship is active, then delete or anonymise it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
